Instructions
The first thing that we will do is prepare our paper. We need an A2 base
in white cardstock. So, to make the base cut an 8-1/2″ x 11″ piece of
cardstock in the middle at the 5-1/2″ mark on the long side. Then take
one of those pieces and place on a paper scoring board and score in the
middle on the long edge at 4-1/4″. Now, you have a base!
For the other cuts you’ll need:
- Cardstock – White, in a circle die cut
Die cut a circle and place it on the front of the card base, set off set toward the right (opening) of the card. Stamp the Jumbo Cherry Branch in brown in around the circle. Stamp the Tiny Single Flower in elderberry ink, rotating between impressions. Repeat the same stamp in grape jelly ink. Stamp the Tiny Floral Cluster in sweet plum. Stamp the Tiny Leaves in bamboo leaves ink, rotating the stem toward the flowers.
Place the circle die back on the center of the wreath and mark where it overlaps the opening of the card. Cut along that mark. Mount the sentiment and wine glasses and ink them up in grape jelly ink. Stamp the Tiny Leaves at the base of the wine glasses in bamboo leaves and new sprout inks. Stamp the Tint Floral Cluster in sweet plum ink. Color in the wine glasses with a colored pencil.
Apply 3D tape to the back of the die cut and adhere to the center of the wreath. Stamp the Cherry Blossoms Set on the envelope flap in the shape of a heart (see set card instructions on how to do this).
