Instructions

The first thing that we will do is prepare our paper. We need an A2 base in white cardstock. So, to make the base cut an 8-1/2″ x 11″ piece of cardstock in the middle at the 5-1/2″ mark on the long side. Then take one of those pieces and place on a paper scoring board and score in the middle on the long edge at 4-1/4″. Now, you have a base!

For the other cuts you’ll need:

  • Cardstock – White, cut to 5-14″ x 4″
  • Cardstock – Gold, cut to 5-1/2″ x 4-1/4″

Place the T-square on the long side of the paper and mark at 1″ and 3″. Draw a line on each of those marks across the long side of the paper.

Stamp the Jumbo Cherry Branch in Umber ink along the line. Stamp the Tiny Blossom Cherry Single in cardinal ink and stamp all along the branch. Stamp the same image again in Peony ink, placing some right beside the first impression. Stamp the Tiny Flowers Cherry Group in Opera Pink ink and again in Pink ink. Stamp the Tiny Leaf Colubrina in Green Tea ink.

Adhere the 1/8 craft tape along the line that we drew for the branch. Snip off excess. Brush anti-static powder all over the card. Stamp the sentiment in Nocturne ink in the center of the card between the stamped border. Remove the tape backing and  sprinkle the tape and sentiment with Ranger Gold Embossing powder. Gently knock off any excess. Melt with the heat tool.

Apply craft tape to the back of the cardstock and adhere it to the metallic cardstock, the adhere that to the card base.

For the envelope, stamp using the same colors and stamps in three groups on the front bottom of the envelope.
