Instructions
Using a stamping platform or stamp mount, stamp the wheelbarrow in espresso truffle ink onto the white card stock. Color completely with straw watercolor pencil and highlight with brown watercolor pencil. Color leaves with light yellow and red watercolor pencil. Brush with waterbrush to spread colors. Stamp the wheelbarrow again at the top of a Post-it Note and cut out to create a mask and place it over the wheelbarrow first stamping.
Working within the wheelbarrow – stamp the Daddy Pumpkin in tangelo. Stamp it again at the top of a Post-it Note and cut out to create a mask. Place it over the first stamping.
Stamp the Pumpkin Baby in a mix of tangelo and Morocco beside the Daddy Pumpkin. Stamp it again at the top of a Post-it Note, and cut out to create a mask, place over first stamping.
Stamp the Pumpkin Baby beside the first one in Potter’s Clay. Stamp the leaves in bamboo leaves and the sprig in espresso truffle.
Keeping masks in place, move to the ground by stamping the Daddy Pumpkin in tangelo. Stamp it again at the top of a Post-it Note and cut out to create a mask. Place it over the first stamping. Stamp the Pumpkin Baby in potter’s clay beside the Daddy Pumpkin and again on the left of the wheelbarrow. Stamp the Leaf in bamboo leaves and the Sprig in espresso truffle.
Color grass with light green and create a shadow with brown watercolor pencils. With a brush, brush on summer sky in the center, cantaloupe at the top, and desert sand at the bottom. Remove the masks and brush summer sky between wheel.
Die cut the stamping, with the scene being more to the right, leaving a space on the left to hang the tag. Die cut the tags and stamp the bigger one with sentiment and the small round one with a Pumpkin Baby, Leaf, and Sprig. Attach baker’s twine and fold over and tape to scalloped rectangle. Glue bottom of tag to card top.
Fold designer paper over orange card base and glue. Glue card top to designer paper, then glue another piece of designer paper to inside of card to cover the folds. And that’s it!
