Instructions
This is an A7 size card so you ‘ll need to create a red card base that equals 5″ x 7″. On printer paper, print and die cut your sentiment.Cut a piece of white cardstock to 5″ x 4-1/4″.
On the white cardstock draw a vertical line down the center of the paper. Draw a horizontal line that’s 5/16 from the top and 5/16 from the bottom.
Place small dots of tacky glue at the corners and middle of the cardstock on the back. This will help secure the cardstock to the foam sheet.
Place the cutting blade of the die on the top line and secure with washi tape. Run through embossing machine. Pop the die out but replace the foam tape piece. Flip the card and place the die cutting blade on the top line and put through embossing machine. Remove the die, but replace the foam heart.
Remove the cardstock and erase the pencil lines.Place on top of 5″ x 4-1/4″ piece of red. Use as a guide to glue down sentiment hearts to the red cardstock. Cover back of sentiment heart thoroughly with glue and allow plenty of time to dry.
Apply acetate to back side with glue close to the cutout. Replace the die cut heart to protect the acetate while you stamp. Stamp all over cardstock. Remove the die cut hearts.
With a craft knife slice through the release paper to make it easier to remove in stages. Lay the top part of the cardstock on it and remove backing as you continue to stick the rest of the cardstock to the foam.
Pop out the foam hearts. flip over and rub with ant-static powder. Fill heart with glitter. Smooth out and carefully remove release paper from back of foam. Place a piece of red 5″ x 4-1/4″ cardstock on foam or a larger piece and then trim with long scissors.
Apply glue and glue to red card base.
