Double-Sided 3D Foam Tape - 6.56 feet
The first thing that we will do is prepare our paper. We need an A2 base in blue cardstock. So, to make the base cut an 8-1/2″ x 11″ piece of cardstock in the middle at the 5-1/2″ mark on the long side. Then take one of those pieces and place on a paper scoring board and score in the middle on the long edge at 4-1/4″. Now, you have a base!
For the other cuts you’ll need:
On the lower end of the white cardstock place the circle die and trace around the inside diameter.
Stamp the Mini Bunch of Buttons in Twilight ink three times. Stamp the Mini Heart in Chianti ink, nestling them in beside the buttons. Stamp the Tiny Flower in Warm Breeze ink. Stamp the Tiny Leaf in Shady Lane ink, rotating the stem toward the center of the wreath.
Stamp the Mini Love Letter Bird in the center of the wreath.
Place the cardstock in an embossing folder. Place on top of the cutting plate and place the embossing diffuser on top of the embossing folder – matching up the circle to the wreath. The embossing diffuser will act as the top plate when you emboss. Run through your machine.
Stamp the Buttons, Heart and Leaf on a piece of scrap in the same colors that you stamped them on the wreath. You’ll need about 13 Leaves, 4 Buttons, and 4 Hearts. Fussy cut all of these.
Adhere a small piece of foam tape to the back of each one and place on the wreath where it looks best.
Glue to the piece of green cardstock. Wrap a ribbon around the top and adhere to the back with clear tape. Run a smaller piece of ribbon under the ribbon that goes across the front, tie in a knot and trim the edges at an angle.Glue to the blue card base.
For the envelope, place the 8″ x 8″ piece of green cardstock on the Scor-Pal and following the instructions on the Scor-Envi score at the appropriate marks. Fold with the bump up. Trim the corners. Using the corner punch punch one of the smaller triangles – this will be your envelope flap. Fold the bottom small flap up and then fold over the left of right flaps. Using a t-square mark where the fold comes together and cut with a pair of long scissors or paper trimmer. Glue the flaps, making sure not to glue any part of the envelope to the inside rendering the envelope useless.
Stamp the Mini Letter Bird on the outside flap.
