The first thing that we will do is prepare our paper. We need an A2 base in kraft cardstock. So, to make the base cut an 8-1/2″ x 11″ piece of cardstock in the middle at the 5-1/2″ mark on the long side. Then take one of those pieces and place on a paper scoring board and score in the middle on the long edge at 4-1/4″. Now, you have a base!
In addition to the card base, we will need a piece of:
Cardstock – Tan at 5-1/4″ x 4″
Stamp the sentiment in red ink at the base of the card. Fill in with red colored pencil if need be.
Stamp the Mini Yarn Skein in red ink five times in a circle (see by video on making wreaths if you need help here). Then, stamp the Mini Yarn Skein again in gray ink and again in green ink. Make sure to clean your stamp between ink colors.
Stamp the Mini Sheep three times in brown ink and the Tiny Lamb three times in brown ink as well.
Stamp the Knitting needles in silver ink randomly finishing out the wreath shape.
Cut off the ends of two toothpicks and paint with silver paint pen. Once dry apply VersaMark and sprinkle with silver embossing powder and melt with heat tool. Repeat if necessary until fully covered.
With brown yarn follow this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p_R1UDsNOMk) to cast on a row of stitches. If you know how to do this already, great!
Hot glue knitting needles to center of wreath. Hot glue yarn and clip it near the cards edge.
To decorate the envelope stamp the Mini Yarn Skein in red, gray, and green along the envelope flap and then stamp the Mini Knitting Needles in silver ink.
