Instructions
Create a card base that is 5-1/2″ x 4-1/4″. Cut a piece of purple cardstock to the same dimensions. Cut another piece of cardstock to 5-1/4″ x 4″. Cut a piece of copy paper to the same dimension. This will be used as a stencil for the clouds.
apply anti-static powder (cornstarch) to purple paper and stamp the edges in VersaMark ink. Sprinkle on white embossing powder and melt with heat tool.
Create a stencil for the clouds by placing oval dies on copy paper and running through embossing machine.
Place stencil over the white paper and in blue ink, stamp the double heart repeatedly. Rub a bit of blue ink in all the cloud stencils, then remove.
Stamp the hearts in various poses below the clouds. Create stems with green colored pencil.
Stamp the sentiment on green paper in VersaMark ink, cover with white embossing powder and melt. Cut the cardstock close to the sentiment and attach in the right corner.
Glue the stamped image to the purple paper and the purple paper to the card base.
