Tip for Glue Bottle
Stamp Shammy
The first thing that we will do is prepare our paper. We need an A2 base
in yellow cardstock. So, to make the base cut an 8-1/2″ x 11″ piece of
cardstock in the middle at the 5-1/2″ mark on the long side. Then take
one of those pieces and place on a paper scoring board and score in the
middle on the long edge at 4-1/4″. Now, you have a base!
For the other cuts you’ll need:
The first thing you’ll want to do is emboss the blue cardstock with your favorite embossing folder. Glue this panel to the yellow card base.
Die cut the largest banner from the set and then mark where the banner needs to be cut to fit the card. Cut accordingly. Stamp the, “Sending Hugs,” sentiment in Paris Dusk ink on the banner.
Die cut three of the middle-sized banners. Purple tape them to the table on the edge of the banner. Using the Heritage Roses, stamp the Mini Doily in summer sky ink, the Bitty Rose in rose bud ink, the Bitty Leaf in pear tart ink, pointing the leaf stem toward the flowers, stamp the Bitty Flower in grape jelly ink, and finally the Bitty Sprig in tuxedo black, turning the stem toward the flowers.
Peel off the tape.
Repeat the same technique on four of the smallest banners, purple taped to the table. Use the Autumn Delight Peg Stamp Set and stamp the Mini Floral Cluster in Paris dusk ink, the Tiny Flower in grape jelly ink, the Tint Leaf in pear tart ink, rotating the stem toward the flowers, and finally the Mini Delicate Branch in pear tart ink, filling in negative space.
Glue the banners to the card front, alternating them and off setting them as well.
For the envelope, stamp the Heritage Roses Set along the bottom of the front of the envelope using the colors that you used above. Fill in with the Mini Delicate Branch from the Autumn Delight Peg Stamp Set in pear tart as well as the Mini Flower in Paris dusk.
