Supplies Used
Additional Supplies
- Cardstock – White
- Cardstock – Blue
- Scrap Paper
- Paper Trimmer
- Embossing Folder
Instructions
Cut blue card stock to 5 1/2″ wide by 8 1/2″ tall, score in the middle and fold. Emboss.
Cut the white card stock to 5 1/2″ wide by 2 14/16″ tall.
Rip a piece of scrap paper to use as a mask and lay it toward the middle of the white card stock so that the bottom is open to stamp.
Stamp in the following colors: Flower – canary, lime, cyan, orange, and opera pink. Leaves – turquoise. Branch – espresso truffle.
Move mask up a bit and add espresso truffle with a blending tool to create a darker edge above the stamping.
Flip mask, you can rip it again so that the mask is varied. Lay it so that the top is open to stamp.
Repeat the stamping in the same colors, move mask a bit and blend espresso truffle along the edges of the stamping.
Stamp sentiment and dragonfly in espresso truffle. Rub edges of white card stock with espresso truffle.
Glue to blue card base.
