Instructions
The first thing that we will do is prepare our paper. We need an A2 base
in white cardstock. So, to make the base cut an 8-1/2″ x 11″ piece of
cardstock in the middle at the 5-1/2″ mark on the long side. Then take
one of those pieces and place on a paper scoring board and score in the
middle on the long edge at 4-1/4″. Now, you have a base!
Next, we need to cut a lot of colorful paper and we’ll cut each subsequent color by 1/4-inch. Starting with yellow cardstock cut it to 5-1/2″ x 4-1/4″. Cut a piece of blue cardstock to 5-1/4″ x 4″. Cut a piece of red cardstock to 5″ x 3-3/4″. Lastly, cut a piece of white cardstock to 4-3/4″ x 3-1/2″.
Stamp all the circles any way you want in any colors you want on the white cardstock.
Using your circle dies, cut three sizes of colored paper to match the colored panels, making sure one of those is white. Stamp, “hi” on the white cardstock circle. Glue all the circles together and glue to the white stamped panel.
Glue all the papers together. Wrap the baker’s twine to the back and bottom of the glued together panels and tape. Then glue to the card base. Tie a “bow” of baker’s twine in the center of the wrapped baker’s twine if you like.
For the envelope, have fun stamping circles all over just as you did for the card!
