Cut orange card stock 4 1/4″ tall by 5 1/2″ wide.

Cut white card stock to 5 1/2″ wide and stamp scene. Fill in water with watercolor pencil.

Fussy cut out stamped images at the top of the scene.

Tear pieces of various blue and orange card stock and dry fit them to create a horizon you’re happy with.

Glue pieces from top to bottom.
