Lawn Fawn Stamp Shammy 1 × $8.75
Total Weight: 0.06 lbs
The first thing that we will do is prepare our paper. We need an A2 base
in cream cardstock. So, to make the base cut an 8-1/2″ x 11″ piece of
cardstock in the middle at the 5-1/2″ mark on the long side. Then take
one of those pieces and place on a paper scoring board and score in the
middle on the long edge at 4-1/4″. Now, you have a base!
Now, for some other cuts:
One the watercolor paper lightly trace the oval die in the middle of the paper with a green watercolor pencil.
Stamp the large daisy at the top, bottom, right, and left of the oval in purple ink. Stamp the large daisy again in pink ink and again in blue ink, cleaning the stamp between colors.
Stamp the large leaf in green in, noting to come in on the flowers a bit more because the leaf is set back from the edge of the stamp in this case.
Stamp the large sprig in green ink, rotating the stem toward the flowers.
Stamp the small sprig in green ink, filling out the wreath.
Spritz the stamping about 10 times with water. Set aside for a while. Using a water brush, smooth out the green oval. Run the brown stamp pad along the edges of the panel and smooth out with water brush. Mix a bit of brown ink and water on the lid of the set box and flick it on the stamped panel. Let dry completely.
Glue the stamped watercolor panel to the green cardstock and then glue that to the card base.
