Additional Supplies

  • Cardstock – White
  • Cardstock – Brown
  • Watercolor Pencil, Blue
  • Adhesive Pearls
  • Embroidery Thread, Burgundy
  • Large Head Sewing Needle
  • Embossing Folder
  • Scissors
  • RST Diamond Stencil
  • Post-it Notes
  • Ring or Similar Item
  • Water Brush
  • Ruler
  • Paper Punch Wheel


Cut brown card stock to A2 size and emboss.

Cut white card stock to 2 3/4″ tall by 5 1/2″ wide

Using the diamond stencil, trace 3, full and 2, 1/2 diamonds across the white card stock.

Mask off center squares with Post-it notes.

Stamp squares with Tiny Flower in burgundy, grape, and bamboo.

Sponge on new sprout ink with blending tool.

Repeat for all squares.

Mask off hourglass shape and stamp flower in grape and pink; leaf in bamboo; open flower in burgundy; little flower in cocoa and lavender.

Color open flower with blue watercolor pencil and water brush to fill in.

With a ruler and blue watercolor pencil outline all squares.

With water brush, brush along blue lines.

Using paper punch wheel, carefully run along the blue lines punching the last hole, if needed with a needle.

Emboss white paper and stitch along punched holes with embroidery thread.

With a wedding ring, marble, or similar item, rub on the backside of each little square to create a “pillow” effect.

Attach pearls and glue to card base.
