Instructions

The first thing that we will do is prepare our paper. We need an A2 base
in white cardstock. So, to make the base cut an 8-1/2″ x 11″ piece of
cardstock in the middle at the 5-1/2″ mark on the long side. Then take
one of those pieces and place on a paper scoring board and score in the
middle on the long edge at 4-1/4″. Now, you have a base!

Cut a piece of watercolor paper to 5-1/2″ x 4-1/4″.

Create masks for all the elements in the Succulents set that you plan to use.

Mount your stamp to the acrylic block, ink it with Leaf Green ink, and stamp it to the far left in the center of the card. Apply the mask and repeat with the next stamp, stamping some beside and some on top of the mask so the image will show up in the foreground.

With the metal tip applied to your Art Glitter Glue, trace the images, making sure to connect the glue on each image. If you leave the glue unconnected you won’t have the “reservoir” that you need to contain the watercolor and salt.

Let the glue dry until completely dry.

On an acrylic block, rub a variety of colors from the watercolor crayon kit. Mix and match the colors to create your own colors if needed and with the water brush color in all the images.

Color the top back of the image with blue and the ground with brown.

Once everything is painted sprinkle salt all over the card and spray with water and set aside to dry. Once it’s dry, brush off any excess salt.

Stamp the sentiment in black at the bottom right of the card and glue card to card base.
