Cut blue card stock to 8 1/2″ tall by 5 1/2″ wide, score in the middle and fold. Emboss with embossing folder. Cut out a rectangle 1 3/4″ tall by 4″ wide with an craft knife.
Cut a piece of black card stock to 4 1/4″ tall by 5 1/2″ wide. Dry fit to inside of card, so that the black paper fills the rectangular cut out of the card base. Open the card base and lay flat on a cutting mat, then carefully cut out a rectangle, leaving about 1/8″ black border around the blue card stock. Once it’s cut out, glue to inside of card base.
On a piece of white card stock stamp, “Let it Snow!” in charcoal ink. Edge with glitter gel pen and let dry. Punch with 3/4″ square punch. Punch or cut out a black square about 1/16″ bigger than the white one, glue together to create a black border.
On another piece of white card stock stamp the tile stamp in a crisscross pattern starting in the middle with atlantic, then stamp again without re-inking on either side of center, then stamp again in laurel leaf, then again without re-inking for the end tile. Stamp the trees on top of the tiles. Fussy cut out and edge with glitter pen and let dry. Glue to a piece of black card stock and fussy cut a border. Stamp snowman and fill in with silver glitter pen, fussy cut out and attach 3-d foam to his hands and middle and tape to row of trees.
Cut a piece of gray blue card stock to 4 1/4″ tall by 5 1/2″ wide and dry emboss. Glue to inside of card (so it’s the back of the card when you look through the rectangular cut out). Close card and glue row of trees with snowman to the gray blue card stock.
Glue “Let it Snow!” piece to card base and attach 2 adhesive pearls on either side.
Tie a bow and glue to blue card base and it’s finished!
