Cut white card stock to A2 size 4 1/4″ wide by 5 1/2″ tall. Emboss, score and fold.
With a ruler, finely trace out a rectangle approximately 14/16″ from the bottom, 3/4″ from the sides, and 1″ from the top.
Cut out rectangle with an craft knife.
Open the card and create an ocean scene by coloring with watercolor pencils a horizon where water (dark blue) and the sky (dark orange) meet. As the sky goes upward use lighter pencils, as the water gets closer to the beach, use lighter colors. Color in the sand.
With a wet wash brush, brush from one side of the card to the other and watch the colors come together, it’s beautiful! Let the card dry. Glue the umbrella to the card.
Stamp on a piece of watercolor paper by first applying ink to the stamp then spritzing it lightly with water. You’ll follow the instructions in the set box, but you’ll use dye inks for this project. Stamp the Mini Flowers in Dried Marigold, Broken China, and Morocco. Stamp the Mini Leaves in Mowed Lawn and the Tiny Flower in Fired Brick. Stamp the Tiny Berry Branch and Tiny Bird in Black Soot.
Stamp the sentiment stamp, “Hello Sunshine” and “Wish You Were Here” in Black Soot, then the Mini Pineapple in Gathered Twigs and Dried Marigold. Stamp the Tiny Pineapple Top in Mowed Lawn.
Fussy cut the sections. Glue the stamped flowers to the card base and the sentiments and pineapples with 3-D tape.
That’s it!
